Kenti Terms of Use & EULA

These Terms govern your use of the Kenti app, developed and operated by an independent developer based in Argentina ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Kenti you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. Who can use Kenti

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kenti.

2. What the service is

Kenti suggests what to reply in dating conversations, based on a screenshot or text you share. It can also estimate whether the other person seems interested and help you polish a message you wrote.

Replies and analyses are generated by an AI model. They're suggestions, not professional, psychological or relationship advice. They can be inaccurate, inappropriate or wrong about who said what. You decide what to send, to whom and when.

3. Subscription and free trial

• Kenti requires a subscription. There's no free usage outside the interactive demo. Each plan starts with a free trial.
• Trial length by plan: weekly 3 days, monthly 3 days, annual 7 days.
• If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you're charged the price shown on the purchase screen, and your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. There's also a shortcut in Kenti → Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Uninstalling the app doesn't cancel your subscription.
• On the App Store, the free trial is one per subscription group: if you've already used a trial on one plan, switching to another plan doesn't give you a new one.
• Prices per plan and country are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm, and may include taxes depending on your country.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We can't process refunds ourselves. Request them from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play.

4. Fair use

To keep the service sustainable, we apply usage limits. They may change; if they change materially, we'll update this page.

• During the free trial: up to 20 actions per day.
• With an active subscription: up to 60 actions per day and 1,000 actions per 30 days.
• On installs we can't verify as genuine: up to 10 actions per day.

An "action" is any request to the AI: generating replies, refining a reply, analyzing a conversation, swapping who's who, polishing your draft, adding a screenshot to a chat or regenerating with context. When you reach a limit, the app tells you when it resets. We never sell extra usage beyond these limits.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Kenti to:

• harass, threaten, manipulate, pressure or coerce anyone, or ignore someone's refusal;
• generate or request sexually explicit content;
• create any content involving minors;
• impersonate someone or deceive others in ways that cause harm;
• break the law or the terms of the dating or messaging platform you're using;
• reverse engineer the app, bypass usage limits or device verification, or access our server other than through the app.

Only share screenshots or text that you have the right to share. Remember that conversations include messages from other people: avoid sharing their sensitive personal information.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the screenshots and text you share and to the replies Kenti generates for you. You give us only the permission needed to process that content to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Content is moderated automatically, and you can report any reply from the app.

7. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Kenti on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes, under these Terms. Kenti, its name, design and software belong to us.

8. No guarantees

Kenti is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that the suggestions will work, that the other person will reply, or any outcome in your social or romantic life. We also don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the result of the messages you choose to send. Our total liability for any claim related to Kenti is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived under the law of your country.

10. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access if we detect a violation of these Terms, attempts to bypass usage limits or device verification, or abuse of the service. You can stop using Kenti at any time. To stop being charged, cancel your subscription from the store.

11. Apple App Store users

If you downloaded Kenti from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. In addition:

• These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Kenti or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Kenti.
• If Kenti fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple isn't responsible for any claims relating to Kenti, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection or intellectual property claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
• You confirm that you're not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you're not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the app, our providers or the law change. We'll publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If you keep using Kenti after a change, you accept the new version.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. This doesn't take away any mandatory consumer protection you have under the laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim before its courts.
