Kenti Data Deletion

Kenti has no user accounts: you never sign up with a name, email or password, so there's no account to delete. This page explains how to delete the data Kenti keeps, on your phone and on our server, without reinstalling the app.

1. Data on your phone

Your history (conversations, replies and analyses), your profile and "About you" are stored only on your phone.

1. Open Kenti → Settings → Privacy.
2. Tap Delete all history and confirm.

The deletion is immediate. Your history was never stored on our server, so no other copy exists. You can also turn off Save history so nothing new is saved. Uninstalling Kenti deletes all of this data too.

2. Data on our server

Our server keeps an anonymous identifier (app_user_id), your subscription status, usage counters, technical records of AI calls, a verified install record and any replies you reported. It never keeps screenshots or conversations. See the Privacy Policy for details.

To request deletion:

1. Open Kenti → Settings → Privacy and copy your Support ID.
2. Email aleindiedev@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion" and include your Support ID.
3. We'll delete all server data linked to that ID within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you don't request it, this data is deleted automatically: usage records, AI call records and reports after 90 days, the install record 90 days after its last use, and the subscription record 90 days after your subscription ends.

If your subscription is still active, it'll keep renewing. Cancel it from your App Store or Google Play settings first. If you keep using Kenti after the deletion, the app will create new usage records.

3. Data we don't control

• Apple and Google keep your purchase records. Request their deletion at privacy.apple.com or myaccount.google.com.
• RevenueCat manages the anonymous subscription identifier. When you request deletion, we also ask RevenueCat to delete the data linked to your Support ID.
• OpenAI may keep the content of a request for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, without any identifier of yours, and then deletes it.
